Our Rapid Tooling process and production platform enables low volume production and engineering approval parts to be injection molded using a wide variety of engineering resins without the usual cost and geometry limitations imposed by other competing technologies ( side openings, undercuts, clips, threads, and special gating can all be accommodated with our process).


NANO-CLAY composites and Aluminum components combined with a proprietary modular production platform result in low tooling costs and production injection molded parts in as little as 2 to 3 weeks. Unlike stereolithography (SLA) or cast urethanes, parts produced with our process have strength and appearance similar to production molded parts.


If you only need 1 or 2 parts to check fit or <20 parts for limited functional testing, we also offer traditional SLA urethane castings at competitive prices.


- Reduced lead time (production parts in as little as 2 to 3 weeks!)

- Design Flexibility. Unlike traditional rapid tooling approaches, our process allows the same features and design flexibility available on a standard production injection mold. Part sizes of up to 7” L x 7” W x 5” D can be accommodated in our modular molding platform (larger parts can also be produced if needed).

- Part tolerances will be similar to those available from production tooling (+/- 0.005” to +/- 0.015” on net shape typical).

- Engineering changes can also be implemented in a fraction of the time and cost typically associated with changes to

conventional IM tooling.

- Engineering Materials can be used. A wide variety of engineering materials can be used, including Polycarbonate, Nylon, ABS, Acetal, elastimers, and even materials with glass and/or mineral fillers.

- Custom Color Matches, engraving, and part surface finishes are also possible.

- Ongoing low volume production is possible with periodic tool rejuvenation allow additional production to be generated as required if your needs exceed 500 to 1,000 parts.
